Mémoires voyageuses

Mémoires Voyageuses brings together artists from across the globe whose works explore the movement of personal and collective memory across time, place, and experience. Through poetic, contemplative, and critically engaged practices, the exhibition examines how inherited histories, migration, and lived experiences shape the ways we understand ourselves and others. Among the participating artists is Raphaël Barontini, who presents monumental textile works suspended from ceiling to floor, contributing to the exhibition’s broader reflection on memory, identity, and cultural transformation.

 

Curated by Ines Goldbach, the exhibition highlights how artists challenge fixed narratives and invite viewers to approach unfamiliar perspectives with openness and empathy. Moving between the personal and the collective, Mémoires Voyageuses considers memory not as something static, but as an evolving force capable of reshaping how we relate to the world around us.
