Mariane Ibrahim Sees a Future of Cultural and Artistic Diversity in Paris
On the occasion of new works by artists Jerrell Gibbs in Paris gallery and Ian Mwesiga in Chicago gallery, Mariane Ibrahim spoke with Whitewall about her intuition with the expectations of the art market and her own.
"I see relationships, shows, and ways of working and operating all as a continuum of an energy that will define a career, and the gallery itself. I am interested in nurturing a career first and foremost, because this is what builds the foundation of a successful exhibition and a body of work," Mariane Ibrahim tells.
