Amoako Boafo Named One of the Most Influential Artists of 2020
We are very pleased to announce that Amoako Boafo was named one of the most influential artists of 2020 in Artsy.
Amoako had a stunning year with his auction debut at Phillips in London in February. This year the Guggenheim Museum, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Vienna’s Albertina Museum have all acquired his work. And to top it off he has continued to develop and diversify his practice, collaborating with Dior menswear designer Kim Jones on the brand’s summer 2021 collection and opening his solo show, I Stand by Me at the gallery in September.
