Mariane Ibrahim's upcoming presentation at Art Basel Paris explores the idea of duality through the fluid boundaries between night and day.
The works will invite viewers to traverse the liminal spaces where identity, memory, and the subconscious intertwine, echoing the transitions of dusk to dawn. In contrast, the presentation juxtaposes these perspectives with those of Carmen Neely, - whose concurrent exhibition chronic conditions will be showcased at Mariane Ibrahim's Parisian space from October 11 - whose works challenge the visitor to consider how time and light impact our perception of reality, blurring the lines between moments of clarity and confusion.
